BUYERS:

• This club auction is free for 2025 Club members, no paddle fee required.

• Become a member to bid. $30 for an individual $40 for a couple.

• Buyers pay a 10% buyers premium on top of the price of their items.

• Please visit the main check-in area upon arrival to receive a paddle number.

• All bidders, silent or live auction, must have a paddle.

• Cash, check, or digital payment through Zeffy for all purchases.

• No buyers will be processed until the live auction ends.

• Please be patient once the Live Auction is over so we can ensure all items and dollar amounts are correct before proceeding with the checkout process.
  
  
  

• SELLERS:

• Become a member to sell. $30 for an individual $40 for a couple.

• Please arrive between 10am and 11:30am.

• Seller chooses either a 10% sellers commission or the seller can donate 100% of the proceeds to the Olympia Bonsai Club.

• The club appraiser will determine which items go in the live auction or the silent auction.

• Seller can set a starting bid/reserve on auction items.

• 10 item limit, however items can be bundled. Please bring a container for large bundles of items.

• Checks for seller proceeds will be mailed out to the seller's address within 10 business days. PLEASE VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS DURING CHECK-IN!
