BUYERS:

• This club auction is free for 2025 Club members, no paddle fee required.

• $20 paddle fee for non-members, or pay $30 to become a member for the remainder of 2025.

• Buyers pay a 10% buyers premium on top of the price of their items.

• Please visit the main check-in area upon arrival to receive a paddle number.

• All bidders, silent or live auction, must have a paddle.

• Cash, check, or digital payment through Zeffy for all transactions. Cards are not accepted.

• No participants will be closed out prior to live auction ending.

• Please be patient once the Live Auction is over so we can ensure all items and dollar amounts are correct before proceeding with the checkout process.
  
  

SELLERS:

• Seller chooses either a 10% selling fee or the seller can donate 100% of the proceeds to the Olympia Bonsai Club.

• Whether item(s) are in the live or silent auction will be determined by club-delegated member on-site upon arrival.

• Seller can set starting bid on silent auction items.

• 5 item limit for the live auction.

• Seller can set reserves on live auction items.

• Checks for seller proceeds will be mailed out to the address the seller provides during the check-in process within 10 business days.
